Amanda Stoffels has been married to her husband Dewey for thirteen years. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Education with Special Education in 2003. She has served in a variety of roles within the Special Education Department in the Grapevine-Colleyville ISD for 15 years, including resource teacher, in-home trainer, behavior interventionist and curriculum coach. She has also served as a journeyman for the Southern Mission Board and taught missionary kids Math and English in Mexico prior to starting her career in GCISD.
She and her husband, attend First Baptist Church in Keller. She and Dewey have three biological children who attend Trinity Prep. Amanda and Dewey were called to serve as foster parents early in their marriage and have been fostering off and on for 12 years. Amanda also enjoys the outdoors through hunting, fishing, and farming on their land with her family. This will be Amanda’s first year at Trinity Prep, and she is excited to be teaching 4th grade.
