Spiritual Environment

We are a Biblically-based Christian community, serving God by equipping students in a partnership with fellow Christians, our parents. “God – Home – School” is more than a motto; it is a powerful, three-fold cord that binds us together in Godly ministry to these children. Our desire is to see Trinity Prep students equipped both academically (in Knowledge and Understanding) and spiritually (in Wisdom) to manifest the ultimate purpose of Knowledge, Understanding, and Wisdom: Obedience to Christ and His destiny for them.
How does our Core Program equip students spiritually?
Language Arts – Students are trained and equipped to be articulate communicators both verbally and in writing. Our vision is for them to be clear communicators of the truth God gives them.
Math – Students hone their God-given ability to think logically and problem solve. The orderliness of math reminds us that God’s world is ordered by the natural laws He designed.
Science – “It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, and the glory of kings to search it out.” Prov. 25:2. Exploring God’s creation reveals His fingerprints everywhere. Science demonstrates His intricate design, His creativity, and the enormity of His creation.
History – “What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.” So said King Solomon, in making it clear why History teaches us much about ourselves, about what is wise, and how God responds to our decisions and actions.

Classtime Connections

Every teacher is a Christian, and seeks to draw connections for our students, in age-appropriate ways, to what we can learn about God as we study math, science, language arts, and history.  Parents are the primary influence in their child’s growth and discipleship in Christ, but we count it a privilege to support parents by also recognizing God’s hand in all our studies.  “It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, but to search out a matter is the glory of Kings (royal leaders)”  Proverbs 25:2.  Our children are all future royal leaders – royal because they receive an inheritance from the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords.

Spiritual Purpose

It is our conviction that everything we do with your children and assign to your children has a Godly purpose, and we are committed to communicating that to parents, our partners. If at any time you do not understand the intention or value of an activity, contact the teacher and School Director to better understand our purpose.

Morning Chapel

At Trinity Prep, we begin each day with Chapel. Our Chapel devotions are based on Scripture and are devoted to increasing your child’s understanding of who they are in Christ.

Pastors in the community, Christian businessmen and women, legislative leaders, men and women in ministry, teachers, staff, and students all offer Bible-based devotionals in Chapel.

Prayer

We hold Corporate Prayer monthly, because prayer underpins everything we do.  We do not want to embark on any plans without release from God to do so; we want to avoid any activities that do not have His blessing.  We seek direction from God every day.

Statement of Faith

Our Statement outlines many of our specific understandings of God’s commandments to us, and Christ’s examples to us. Current aggressive efforts in our culture to require Christian businesses and ministries to accommodate non-Christian beliefs and practices has made it necessary for us, per legal counsel, to create a much more explicit Statement of Faith.  An additional, related document is our Student Code of Conduct. We seek to serve God and be ambassadors for Christ in every word we speak to each other and to your children; in all our actions; and in the activities we plan for your students.

Our Statement of Faith is amended from time to time as needed; as such, the official, current version is maintained by and available from adminassistant@trinityprepkeller.org and is provided to all families upon enrollment. The above Statement of Faith provides a general idea of our Christian beliefs, for interested families.
