Spiritual Environment

What can you expect from a partnership with Trinity Prep?

As our motto, “God – Home – School” suggests, we are a Biblically-based Christian community, serving God by equipping students in a partnership with fellow Christians, our parents. Our desire is to see Trinity Prep students equipped both academically and spiritually to live the life Christ has planned for them.

Every teacher is a Christian, and seeks to draw age-appropriate connections to what we can learn about God as we study.  Parents are the primary influence in their child’s growth and discipleship in Christ, but we count it a privilege to support parents by also recognizing God’s hand in all our studies.

If at any time a parent does not understand the intention or value of an assigned activity, they are encouraged to contact the teacher to better understand our purpose.

How does our Core Program equip students spiritually?

Language Arts – Students are trained and equipped to be articulate communicators of the truth God gives them, both verbally and in writing.

Math – Students hone their God-given ability to think logically and problem solve.  The orderliness of math reminds us that God’s world is ordered by the natural laws He designed.

Science –  Exploring God’s creation reveals His fingerprints everywhere, and science demonstrates His intricate design and the enormity of His creation.

History – “What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.”  So said King Solomon, in making it clear why History teaches us much about ourselves, about what is wise, and how God responds to our decisions and actions.

One of the many ways we seek to glorify God is through morning Chapel – At Trinity Prep, we begin each day with Chapel.  Our Chapel devotions are based on Scripture and are devoted to increasing our students’ understanding of who they are in Christ. Chapel speakers include pastors in the community, Christian businessmen and women, legislative leaders, men and women in ministry, teachers, staff, and students.
